All fees are priced to be all inclusive.
Members can be assured that the membership fee covers all the in-office visits and testing that your doctor wants and needs, performed promptly when needed.
Membership
$500 Per Month
- Membership packages for a chronic diseasencludes everything we do for you at Concierge Ophthalmology.
- More than one chronic eye disease? We offer a discounted rate of $250 per month for additional membership packages.
A LA CARTE
$500 Per Visit
- Per visit and per treatment pricing is available.As with our packages all in-office testing needed by the doctor will be performed that day and the price includes this testing. Visits are $500. One-off procedure and surgery prices range from $250 to $5000 and will be discussed with you.
SURGERY
$5000 Per Eye
- Cataract surgery: including laser surgery and the most suitable advanced technology lens implant for your needs.Glaucoma surgery: for whichever surgical approach you and your doctor agree is best for your needs
REFRACTIVE SURGERIES
$3000 Per eye
- LASIK :Clear lens exchange with multifocal lens implant: $5000 per eye Implantable contact lens: Advertisements
FINANCING
We hope to make paying for concierge eye care and surgical procedures as simple as possible so we provide with a range of interest free payment options from CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit. These companies help you pay for your treatment by spreading the costs over terms of up to 24 months.
